We have been to Van Vreedes s couple of times on the weekend and have been greeted and approached soon after our arrival. Mary was one of the folks so helpful.We entered Van Vreedes about 2:30pm on a Tuesday in the appliance department. 5-6 men were sitting at their desks having conversation.We looked around for over 20 minutes and were never acknowledged. I hope these guys are on commission because you will never get my business again.There are other places in the valley that will value our business.
I gave them a 1 star due to the fact that we bought our washer and dryer back in the beginning of June. Ending of June they brought us the correct washer and the wind dryer finally. So we had to pay $346 more dollars for the correct dryer. Weeks later, they brought us the new dryer. Washer works fine but dryer is not even hot...not even close. During the install, they broke the igniter. So they had to send someone out again to make sure it wasn't just us. After another week of not hearing from them again, I called. They have it in their system that the party arrived and they have to make an appointment for the install, but yet it takes for me to call them for them to make the move. It's been almost 2 months, and I have not yet been able to use my over priced washer and dryer. I could have paid less at home depot, but no... We read reviews and believed what we read. How ironic! Still waiting for the igniter to be installed. Big sigh... Never again with these guys. So disappointed in everything!!!
Do not purchase anything from here. They will not set up the furniture like you ask (didn't switch my dryer door) they will deliver broken furniture (more than once) they will make your home dirty by tracking in snow/salt and damage your home (my floor, trim, and walls). They will forget feet and pillows that are supposed to be with the furniture. They will make you leave work over five times to repair/deliver/return/take pictures and not compensate you for your trouble or give you a discount. I bought my furniture in January and today I had to have them return a couch (which i had to fight tooth and nail to be fully refunded because they delivered it broken, which I didn't know because it was broken from underneath) that particular couch was delivered broken twice (yes over 7 months of issues from one order) had to leave work early and their team is late. Oh did I mention when you schedule the repair man for 4pm he calls the day before and says "I do not work past 3" and makes you leave work even earlier! Their team is not reliable, nor are they trustworthy. Choose somewhere else.
I have several items from your store and one of the most important ones is the Camouflage Medical Lift Chair. I had a problem with it and the store immediately fixed it. Service is GREAT! I also got a Camouflage Upright freezer they sell. My man cave is looking better and better every day now. Got the Camo curtains, shower curtain, and now need a camo sofa set.
