Love Kessler's the people are super friendly and truly helpful. They are not at all pushy and love making sure you are 100% truly satisfied before you walk out the door. Very welcoming! No pressure at all. After the greeting we were helped by Mark. Very friendly down to earth soul. He walked us through everything. Couldnt have asked for a better experience. We had the best experience here! We worked with Amber Rettler and she made everything so easy! My fiance worked with her to find my engagement ring and then we worked with her together to find our wedding rings. She explained our insurance and their services clearly, which they offer so much! We didn't feel rushed and were offered beverages while we waited. I've bought from other jewelry stores but Kesslers offers so much more for the price you're paying.

Amber was so attentive to our concerns when picking out our wedding bands. She made some suggestions while still keeping our budget in mind. When we first walked in she politely greeted us, offered to clean all my Kesslers jewelry (we only shop Kesslers!) and if we should like anything to drink (soda, water, coffee, BEER and WINE)!.
