I LOVE THIS THEATER!!!!!! It's close to home, barely ever crowded, clean, staff is super friendly, and they show great movies. If you want to go to the movies, come here, you will not regret it. I won't go to the movies anywhere but here. And they weren't lying about their Ultrascreen and how you can feel the sounds. Came out of Mission Impossible 6 feeling like I had just came out of the movie itself. If possible, get a rewards card for this theater chain. You will not regret it
Well it's a great theater. It's clean, has nice seats, and excellent selection at the snack bar. I like movies and had lots of time to kill. About 6 1/2 hours worth. I explained this to the 2 very nice young men at the ticket booth. They pointed to a big dry erase board and told me about the 4 movies for 20 dollars deal on Sunday. They sold me the ticket and set up my rewards card. I watched my first movie and go for my second ticket and am told by a very polite girl that it is only good for one movie per visit. I'm not one to make a fuss so I just bought another ticket. Still had a great time, but this could of been explained better. I don't have a Marcus Theater where I'm from and don't know the next time I'll be by one. I only watched 2 movies pretty much blew a few extra bucks.
It was pouring rain when the movie ended, and I was parked some distance away. The ticket cashier offered me a beautiful big umbrella, and said, "Drop it back when you can!" What a life saver!Love her!
Great movie theater to go to. It's attached to funset and there is plenty to do while you wait for the movie or go to before or after. The theater was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I had an issue and the manager was very helpful and prompt to take care of it. I will be a Customer for life.
Some of the staff seemed to be pointing and laughing at my brother who has cerebral palsy. One of them even went as far as to refer to the both of us as C-3PO & R2-D2. Which my family and I did not appreciate very much at all. After being treated to that WARM welcome we began waiting in line for what seemed to be hours. Staff was slow. Slower than my brother. Anyway, when we finally approach the counter we make a simple request. A large popcorn and large drink combo. Let me just say. This was hands down the best popcorn I had ever experienced in my entire young life. The sky seemed to open up upon first taste. How the butter glistened on my teeth, tongue, and lips. An immaculate experience to say the least. I couldn't care less how they treated by brother after that. As long as they treated me, he was all theirs!
