I never write reviews but I felt it is necessary for other potential buyers to know the terrible experience I had with Tyler Beckman. I hope to the current or next clients of his, really double think if they should continue using Tyler or choose other than him. I am a first time home buyer and he tried to sell me a junk house, saying it was a good starter home and that it only needed a little work. After the inspection of 341 Lisbon Ave, Menasha, WI, I realized that this is more than a few quick fixes. Tyler continued while at the inspection to manipulate my significant other by giving him ideas here and there. Again, Tyler reassured that these were all minor fixes. When I got the inspection back and it failed for 15 major fixes that needed maintenance ASAP. I chose to have the seller fix all damages just so I could get out of buying a house from an arrogant young and inexperienced real estate agent who insulted a clients family. He continues to say that my grandmother and he had a great talk after and there were no bad feelings but this isnt true, my Grandma still felt disrespected after the fact. This confrontation happened while I was walking towards the end of the driveway and saw Tyler confronting my parents and grandmother, attacking them and saying that they were talking about him and the house. In reality they were talking about my Brother who just bought a house that needed a lot of work. But of course in his arrogant ways, he thought they were talking about him. Tyler took it personal and turned around, walked away, and slammed the screen door like a 2 year old having a temper tantrum. While this was happening, it got so awkward that I left and sat in my car. I started crying because of Tyler making me feel so uneasy and uncomfortable from insulting my grandmother and stepmother all in one. My significant other had to tell Tyler to apologize for his actions. Later that night, Tyler texted my stepmom and I. He TEXTED us. Completely unprofessional as he should have called and apologized, not texted. When I first was brought to this house to look at it Tyler kept talking and just wouldnt stop. I couldnt think to myself of what I thought of the house. I stepped on the porch at one point and it fell in. I asked Tyler about this and he said that it was because the porch was not connected to the house. Any experienced realtor would not lie to a potential buyer, especially a first time buyer. He did everything electronically. I never sat down with him and went through the offer nor was I offered to do this. I had no idea what to expect being a first time home buyer and he made it even worse. I would think as a real estate agent you would want your clients to be happy and feel that they know everything before making such a big step. This is why I will no longer recommend or advertise for Beckman Properties. I have shared my story with the people I told about Beckman properties and they will never use any of the Beckmans. I do not recommend Tyler Beckham as a real-estate agent. He needs more experience and training from his family, as he works for them. They all are shady. As of 5/25/18 (When Tyler and I had our fallout) their website removed the review section. This is why I am taking this to social media.Thank you.

Vicky was amazing! She made our first time home buying a breeze and I highly recommend going to her!! Thank you!

Tyler Beckman is everything you need in a realtor. Honest, hard-working, and fun...buying a house is stressful and Tyler managed to keep us optimistic and excited through countless showings. On the rare chance his schedule didn't match up with ours, one of his equally competent associates was there to step in. Tyler helped us find our dream home and we would recommend Beckman Properties to anyone in the greater Green Bay/Fox Cities area.

Mallory is incredible! She is outgoing, friendly and knowledgeable! I would recommend Beckman properties to everyone!
