Security-Luebke Roofing is awesome. They are always honest and upfront with very reasonable prices. They do not try to sell you a new roof when all you need a minor repair. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend them. Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly employees. A+++
After installation my review remains 3 stars. Pros: My roof was installed in one day and looks great. The gutters were installed a few days later and also look great. Cons: Two of the bushes in my landscaping were damaged, numerous river rock from my landscaping were left in my lawn after the tarps were removed (these were rocks not stones, easily seen), plus one of the roofing crew left their lunch leftovers in my lawn. I also have not received the roof or gutter warranties and it has been almost 2 months since installation. Previous Post 2: I received a call from my salesman who apologized for the miscommunication and has agreed to the discounted amount. I have decided to go with Security Luebke and will post again after the installation. Three stars for my salesman honesty today! PREVIOUS POST (One Star): I had a salesman come to my home and give me an estimate on a new roof and gutters. I told him I would think about it, as I don't make these type of decisions immediately. He called me a few days later and said there was an incentive available to reduce my cost. Again, I thanked him and said I would think about it. I emailed him a few days later and said I would sign a contract for the new amount. He emailed back and stated the price had increased but he would "split the difference" with me. I replied that I would be going with another company. I don't appreciate that type of selling.
Crew did an excellent job. Very respectful, cleaned up the property nicely, worked really hard in really hot temperatures. They fixed items that were completely ignored by other roofing companies that we got estimates from that were less expensive. Would highly recommend them!
We had a last minute demand from the buyer of our house. We were concerned about being able to have the roof repaired in such a short time, but within a day we had the quote and within two days the work was done. They did a great job on short notice.
Great company to work with. Fair pricing. Excellent communication followed up with excellent work on the roof doing a repair. And luckily done before we had 6 inches of rain!!
