Spent two hours trying to get a ShelacManicure. The girls working there are very nice, pleasant and polite. But they werent able to give me a good quality manicure in the two hours I was there. The manager was very understanding and gave me a generous discount on the service. Three days later, my nails are chipping. Sadly, its not a place Id recommend despite their great customer service, the skill level was lacking, at least for me. :/
I had a massage and was disappointed not with the service but the setting. It's very hard to relax when boots and heels are stomping over your head across the floor. The spa area is downstairs , rooms are tiny and spartan . Not sure if I'd go back.
Equipment (chair and dryer) was out of committion so my grandaughter had to sit away from me. The gal that did my grand daughters pedicure rushed through and didnt have any kid skills. The chair was way up high and i had to ask her to lower the chair. Will not return.
Excellent boutique services at great prices! Complimentary Aveda tea makes the stop worth it all on its own. Beautiful building, too. Entire staff is friendly and helpful. I'm a regular here and I love it!! Full service: haircuts and styling, massages, specialty consultations and services for events like weddings and proms, and all the Aveda products you could ever want in their product store. Plus a loyalty program to earn free products/services. Definitely stop in!
I had 2 facials with Mariah and 1 with Chelsea. They were all amazing. The atmosphere, products, music and interaction were all positive and professional. I really enjoyed each experience. The only thing that is a deterrent for future facials is the price. I do hope to be able to treat myself a few times a year!
