It was nice to have someone answer the phone when I called so I could get all my questions answered. I didn't have to leave a message and wait for a call back. The staff is awesome; very polite and friendly. The storage units are very well maintained. My unit was very clean upon arrival and was able to open storage door with ease.
Amazing place and awesome people
I have been renting from Stor-it for 8 months. Great rental company. Clean and dry units and exceptional support. I had a problem with my lock the other day and Corey, the owner, jumped on it. Within the hour they had replaced a part on the lock and had me ready to go. I recommend Stor-it and their company if you are looking for a quality place to secure and store items.
