From asking my 7 year old niece (instead of the adult) if she wanted to add on costly items to the build a bear (sound or a $5 reusable back pack) to charging us $10 so we can get $10 off next time - I will absolutely never go back to this build a bear. The woman who was helping us was nothing shy of a scam artist. A bear that should have come to $22 came to $64, and living 2 hours away bringing my niece her for her birthday, it's not an easy trip to go back to the store to get my money back for these "free" gift cards. Disgusted.

Drove over an hour for their pay your age day. I tried calling ahead to see if we could even do it. Whoever was working at the store kept picking up and hanging up. My kids cried because they couldnt get a bear. Never shopping with this company again.
