Like the store BUT lately every rotisserie chicken I buy is undercooked. I have returned a few purchased chickens because they are still red and pink, not cooked throughly. I know Festival does not want my kids and family to get salmonella!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been going to this grocery store for a number of years. Always a good selection and what had been fair prices. Now I need to comment.Prices on almost everything have risen considerably. I would still shop here for many of my items as it is convenient for me but recently it has been getting more and more difficult to get help with someone to help pack my groceries. LOts of people to help show you how to check your self out; and also many lanes if I would be willing to pack my own.Could I do my own, yes. But since I am paying a premium price for many items I appreciate having someone pack my groceries for me. I expect some service for the price I am paying for convenience. I shopped for weekly groceries today. There were 6 check-outs going, only one would help you pack your groceries. The packer was working like crazy to try to keep up with the number of people in this line. At times the check out people in other lanes were not busy but did they offer to get someone to pack for me and check me outNO. CUSTOMER SERVICE-NO SERVICE.I can go right down the street to Pick n Save and not have this issue. Guess you are telling me its time to shop elsewhere.

Their organization is messy. People have to search all over the store for one item here and one there, even if they are items that should be sold together. One of the first items/aisles they have are dog food, right as you walk in...really, that is that is going to be people's main focus as they walk in? Nope...if we had a dog, I still don't want to see that as the thing they put in the faces of people coming in. It's a grocery store not a pet store. I came in looking for butter one day and found they have more cottage cheese options and weird sounding nshit, that even I , educated and loving variety would never buy. Ever. But I could not find the butter which was not listed under the dairy section signs. When I have to ask for something, even the workers have to ask someone else half the time. It is bogus. I would not give them a star if I did not have to have to have one to post this

I shop Festival weekly. Your checkout people are great. My only complaint is Dad's Chicken Breasts. They need to be trimmed better. There is so much fat and blood on the breasts. I clean them before I freeze them, and end up with a bag of waste. There's definitely room for improvement in this area! Thanks.

I want to give a shout out to your employee Matt who was working the self-checkout registers today. He noticed that we had some sale items that required a coupon and hurried over to make sure we took advantage of that by scanning the store flyer. We saved a few $$. Two other employees also greeted us in our travel through the store. Very friendly!
