My daughter and went in on Thursday during here lunch hour. The gentlemen that helped us was extremely patient and helpful. My daughter tried on half a dozen boots and when I thought we were not going to find a pair, bam he brings out the perfect pair. He was listening to what she said about each pair and had the knowledge and experience to file through the boot inventory and saved the day. She was smiling ear to ear. She loves them. Yes the boots were pricey, but we have bought her boots from Rogans and Kohls before and the barely made it through the fall. These were high quality Spanish leather boots that look awesome. I am so glad we shopped at Josephs Shoes.
They had very supportive shoes and in a women's size 11! Love my new shoes! My husband usually takes hours finding good shoes and the first ones they gave him to try are the most comfortable he's ever owned!
Everything was great til they accused my wife of shoplifting. My wife and i were shopping for a trip to europe. Our salesperson was very nice and brought out tons of shoes for us to try on. We bought 3 pairs of shoes including a special order. When my wife went to check out, our salesperson received a phone call. While our salesperson was on the phone with the owner, she reached into my wife's purse to pull out a sweater my wife had been carrying in her purse. She then told the owner it wasnt their sweater. Really - never would have guessed that? Every shoplifter i know drops hundreds of dollars with the store and places a special order that they need to return for at a later date. My wife's jaw dropped. Our salesperson hung up the phone and apologized that she had to do that. We were highly disappointed that the owner, himself, didnt apologize for his mistake. It ruined the rest of our shopping day for my wife's birthday.

I went to Joseph's Shoes in Appleton on Nov. 3rd, and purchased a pair of shoes with a discontinued color, the girl helping me was very helpful and nice. But when I got home and checked the internet for other colors, I found the price to be 50 dollars cheaper than what Joseph's charged me. I called the next morning and talked to the owner. He told me to return them, because he would get the $100 plus price from someone else who came in for these shoes. I have shopped there before and got treated with respect, but I guess the owner doesn't care about his customers, just the money!!!!!!!!!!!! Would not deal at all with me, very RUDE!
