I purchased arch supports at the Appleton store and they told me I had a lifetime guarantee replacement. My work shoes with my arch supports went missing and were later found but one arch support was missing. I called the main company and explained what happened (you need to return old ones to get new ones). I went back to Appleton store with receipt and they were able to help me out and provide me with my new replacement. I appreciate when a store works with their customers.
I waited almost a year before stopping in the Good Feet store. After working with Cindy and finding the correct inserts for my shoes, I'm back to doing all the activities that i loved to do but stopped doing because my feet were so bad. Thank you Cindy and Thank you Good Feet.
Ive suffered with neuropathy for many years and finally made the decision to go into the good feet store. Not only did Tom take away my pain entirely but it has allowed me to get back to doing the things that I otherwise was held back from.
The employees there lack integrity. Make sure you do research before you buy your shoes. My bf was scammed into buying a pair of running shoes. They claimed it was the newest addition when it wasn't! They even charged him $140 for it, but when he looked online the shoes only cost $90. Instead of owning up to their mistake, they were so rude about it. I thought about getting my shoes there, but after hearing this I definitely will not be supporting this place.
After visiting the Milwaukee Good Feet store and failing to get help from their staff and store manager, my husband decided to give Good Feet another chance at the Appleton store. He was wrapping the ball of his foot with tape everyday to get relief from callouses from his foot rubbing in the shoe. He worked with Cindy to get supports. He was not convinced they would work and thought the product was overpriced, but decided to give them a try. After two weeks, the callouses peeled off, the rubbing stopped, and his feet are comfortable and without pain in his shoes. Cindy was excellent. Thank you!
