The staff is amazing here! We were greeted by 4 different staff members, offered help with the package we wanted to ship by 3. They helped us prepare the package and gave us the shipping receipt while making comfortable conversation. Any time I need to mail ups I will be going here. We also purchased 2 plants and the staff helped to make sure they wouldn't make a mess in our car. LOVED THIS PLACE! We will definitely be back!
Always helpful, always friendly. I come here a lot during home projects as it is close by and the people here are always helpful. They have a very wide selection of just about everything I need so I don't need to go to bigger chain stores for things I need to fix the things I break. :-)
Such friendly people work here! I always feel that I'm getting expert information. If I ask somebody a question and they are unsure of the answer, they will go and find the answer. I have also had them offer to special order items that are no longer in stock and out of season. Exceptional customer service!
