Brought in my snowblower that quite running during our April snowstorm they don't work on them until September unless they get caught up on lawn mower repairs which they didn't think was going to happen. I explained the problem to them and it instead of waiting 3 months they offered to take a quick look at it to see if they would get it running within 5 mins they did. I thanked them and brought it right back home. Great neighborhood hardware store very knowledgeable and helpful.
I had a key made there, those guys had to search to find the right blank to use, to custom make my key. And they did an awesome job!
Can't find something? Need a certain tool to complete a job? Someone will help you right away. In and out. Repeatedly. Because I didn't know what I needed and they have the tools for everything.
