What a wonderful staff and hotel. Was transferred here from another local hotel that was terrible. I travel for work and spend a lot of time in different hotels. This one was awesome. a lot of activities for children including a play area in an arcade as well as a fitness center and pool. they also have a wonderful Courtyard that has a fire pit to automatically comes on at night with rooms that surround it with a balcony view of the courtyard. only downside was the hotel shuttle was down but it was quickly turned into an upside due to the fact the hotel was gracious enough to provide cabs at any time for its gas to and from destinations. I will for sure be trying to stay out of a queen size and Inn Suites anytime I need a hotel. And don't let me forget the rooms. I stayed in a suite that was large and spacious that included a living room and bedroom and a small kitchenette and they provided plenty of kitchen utensils supplies and dinnerware to cook in my room. They have newer TVs with a great guide system to find what you're looking for. it is right on the main drag of College Avenue so you have plenty of stuff within walking distance as well as plenty of shopping nearby including the mall. The hotel is also nestled between an Applebee's and a Texas Roadhouse. And on the plus side it is just off the interstate so it's easy to find. I will be making sure that I post plenty of photos people to see what this place is all about.
Front desk staff is very friendly. I spoke with them multiple times with questions and requests and every one was helpful and pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable. Pool was nice (a tad on the cool side for my little ones) and breakfast was good. I will definitely stay again when we're in the area.
A group of us stayed an the front desk girls were wonderful. So friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice, need a little updating. However, our shuttle driver was horrible. Talked about him hating his job and that was brief. We drove in silence, with heat on for 10 minutes. He was really should not be dealing with the public!
Rooms and place were a little old and had a slight smoke smell. However, the size, cleanliness and amenities they have are AWESOME!! The pool, hot tub and sauna are all top notch. The breakfast area and play area for kids were like I've never seen before. We would definitely come back again!!
My husband and I had a lovely stay at your est ablishment. Your guest service employee Kristina was kind, friendly, and very attentive to our needs. I am on medicine that takes potassium out of my body. With our busy day I had not eaten my banana and it wad getting late at night. I went to guest service desk and Kristina was wonderful in getting me some bananas right away. (Another young gentleman employee went and got them for me.) My leg and foot cramps stopped after eating the bananas. Thank you so very much for such wonderful employees and nice clean rooms. Mr. & Mrs. H.
