Room was nice but was right off the lobby and could here other guest coming and going.
The staff is very accommodating and helpful. There is a free continental breakfast which is pretty standard. Waffles, cereal, oatmeal, etc. The rooms are a decent size and very clean. There is no elevator service, so if you have mobility issues be sure to ask for a 1st room floor.
Checked in on 7/21/18, unloaded car and proceeded to room. Unlocked the door and someone else's luggage was in room! Went to front desk and staff on duty asked "are you sure?" and proceeded to take a look for herself. Staff replies, "you will have to find another hotel, we are full." There is limited availability as there is an air show starting in the Appleton area. We asked if she was going to help us find another hotel and she would not. Basically a not her problem reaction even though they are the ones who doublebooked. Thank goodness Motel 6 next door had a cancellation and was able to get us in and even gave us a discount when we explained our treatment at Super 8. Needless to say, not impressed with the service. Won't give them business again.
The web site said pet friendly but the front desk lady was very rude and told us no... But then let us stay anyway. Also there was stuff from other people in the room. Really bad welcome to a new state. Not a good place. Keep driving.
Relatively nice... vending area smells like mildew, as does my bathroom area. After returning from work around 5am, the front staff was somewhat rude to me about breakfast availability (she appeared to have everything done and I asked to take a muffin, which CLEARLY inconvenienced her). The other staff was pleasant though. Really nice front lobby area. I thought it was a non-smoking building but the hallways smell of smoke as well.
