With the exception of four (4) years serving overseas in the Vietnam era as active duty military. I have been insured by State Farm for 58 years with our Auto, Renters, and Home policies as well as a policy for Umbrella coverage.About six (6) years ago my wife and I moved to Appleton and wanted to have our insurance policies transferred to a local agency. Asking around our condo association and in social gatherings, we were highly recommend to contact Ken Heiner for our new and transferred insurances. Having moved a fair amount of times into many communities and having had many insurance agents, I can honestly say that Ken, his wife and their entire office staff have been extremely welcoming, helpful and a real joy with which to do business. Their office is easy to access and a very "inviting place" in which to have our insurance concerns and needs handled.
