I've been with Matt for more years that I can count and I've always been very happy with them. Their prices are competitive and the service I get from them is great! They are always just an email or phone call away and I can count on Matt to get things done when I need him to!
Matt and his staff, as well as State Farm, are great! I am hoping to move my in-law's here soon: someone is always available (unless I have incredible luck), and they are enjoyable to work with. Thank you!!
In the eight years I have been with Matt's office, I have had nothing but excellent service. My rates at State Farm are half the price of what Allstate charged me. Every time I have added/changed/cancelled a policy they have handled things with lightening speed and accuracy. I recently had a total loss vehicle crash and they have been a dream come true to deal with. They have handled my med claims, towing, police, vehicle payoff etc. super fast. Matt and his staff have all been friendly, helpful and professional. I am very glad to have them on my side.
Sorry it took so long to put in this review. I left State Farm two years ago. I agree with Eric. I ran in to the same issues with Matt. I have multiple children and multiple vehicles, house, renters insurance, etc. When I started looking in to how my insurance was arranged I found multiple issues leading to higher cost. I had to leave as my costs were sky rocketing. I hardly ever got to talk with Matt (it was difficult just to get time with him even when I discussed switching agents) about it but I must admit the other people in the office did try to help. Very poor service. I cannot say the same for other State Farm agents in the area. Steer clear.
Always friendly and great service. Been dealing with them for a long time with business and personal insurance. Very satisfied.
