Fast, reliable service. Ryan and his team are true professionals. Update to my previous review. I recently hit a deer and had to file a claim. Within 20 minutes of the incident I had my police report and Ryan and his State Farm team on the phone. They quickly connected me to the claim agent, the paperwork was filed and 90 minutes after the collision, the car was towed to the shop and all the insurance info was in place. I was blown away at how fast everything came together with no hassle. The immediate response of Ryan and his team made everything go smooth. This is a truely professional insurance agency.
Ryan has been great to deal with over the years! I've switched many cars and home policies over the years and he's always done a great job not only keeping things up to date but letting me know if there is a better way to insure or protect myself and my family. I also worked with his father for many years before Ryan took over and it's been almost 20 years his family has taken great care of myself and many family and friends I have referred to him. Rude. Liars. Untrustworthy. Spoke poorly of other State Farm Agents I got quote from. My uncle wanted to leave Ryan too and Ryan refused to transfer and called and harassed him and me. He is not his dad, he's worse.
