Plumber checked into the warranty status of our replaced water heater after the job was done. Found that it was covered under warranty and deducted the cost of the new unit from the invoice, saving us around $600. Service was prompt and professional.
Great experience. The guys are knowledgeable and friendly. I removed a pedestal sink to sand the floors and had besch reinstall. I had an old galvanized pipe that cracked after installation and the guys came back and replaced it with copper free of charge. Well run small business.
