I had a failed sump pump switch on a Saturday night during a snow melting event....not good. Woke up to a Sunday morning mess. I contacted Tim and he was on sight fixing the problem within 6 hours (he had church first). The problem is solved and the cost was fair and reasonable. I like dealing with people with integrity, and Tim scores high in that regard. You should use his services too. Great Job!
Excellant on all counts ! Faster than the speed of light. Worked with Greg then Matthew, Extreamly courteous, efficient, explained everything . We have a home shield and even after that (which I don't think they get paid as much) They were still all of the above.We have had 4 plumbers to our home in the 5 years we've owned it, I wouldn't have any of them back. FROM NOW ON RAUSCH IS OUR PLUMBER !
Tom came to my house to give me an estimate on some plumbing. This guy was friendly and very patient. He was more than willing to meet my needs and work with my in designing the project I had in mind. He provided an accurate and detailed estimate. Will definitely call back with future repairs / needs!
Jared from Rausch was excellent in replacing a water heater on late Friday afternoon. He definitely have up the start of his weekend and was extremely patient with me as I cleaned up the area when the old unit was removed. Tim Rausch gave me free parts to first attempt at fixing the unit. Very honourable company, would not consider using any other plumber but Rausch!
