Excellent first time experience with Tureks. Scheduled a visit within a two hour window and was called to say that Josh could be there a bit earlier. Josh also called prior to coming, which was helpful. Josh identified the issue immediately and provided a price; he then performed the services in an efficient and friendly manner and everything was soon good to go. What's not to like? Update: Spoke too soon. Guess the issue wasn't completely resolved. When I sent an email informing them, I at least expected a response of some kind. Since I didn't receive one, I'm lowering my score and, apparently, looking for a new plumber.
Jeremy arrived on time for an estimate. When asked how soon he could start, he replied "now". He had all the tools and equipment to do the water heater replacement already with him (I had already purchased the water heater). His truck was equipped with an amazing array of parts and tools, all neatly stored in bins with photos how each was laid out. When finished, he cleaned up, and ordered the parts he used, on his tablet and sent me an email receipt. He was prompt, efficient, and courteous. I would definitely call Tureks again.
We met Tristan at the Home Show in Green Bay and talked to him about upgrading our bathroom. After the initial meeting in our home where he explained what he thought we should do - we decided to proceed and had two more meetings with Tristan to confirm the materials we had chosen and he double checked all the measurements. We then met with the flooring people which he coordinated for us. Each step along the way went very smoothly due to Tristan's expertise. Tristan also coordinated Tureks portion of the job with the flooring installer so all the work was done four days in a row.Tristan's crew of Dan, Andy and Dakota were very professional and efficient when they came. They made sure that the work was done on time and as expected and did a good job of cleaning up - especially on "demo" day.The bathroom turned out great and we are extremely pleased with the job done by Tristan and his crew for Tureks.
Excellent! We were in the middle of working on our house for an appraisal. During this time we were having flash floods this would be tonight throughout the day, last night and the rain is continuing. We went downstairs and notice even after checking regularly that our basement was flooding. We called and got a hold of someone quickly. And I would say they were here within a half an hour, Kyle was. The sump pump was put in and ready for the restoration crew. Service was excellent! Faster than I could have ever imagined. We are very thankful because it might have saved us from losing a lot of personal things not to mention that our basement is finished. Hundred percent recommend this company! And I'm not easy with my reviews!
the technician called ahead to tell me how many minutes he was from my house and he showed up on time. He was clean friendly and professional. The job ended up being much less than I had feared and he cut the price back to fit the work that he did. He explained everything he did for me as he was doing it and was very nice and complete about answering my questions. He even offered ( of course with payment) to do another little task that has a big impact on the use of my sink. I am very happy with the outcome.
